Experience

Bernardo has over 30 years experience in audits, serving multinational companies, some of them subsidiaries of publicly-held companies in different markets around the world as well important domestic companies publicly and privately-held organizations.  He has knowledge of US GAAP, Mexican GAAP, IFRS and German HBII rules. He has provided services in the following industries: manufacturing and distribution, retail sales, chemical and pharmaceutical, mining, energy and textiles. His experience in mining industries, including audits of subsidiaries of US and Canadian Mining Public companies, includes testing in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley. His experience in energy industry; he is the engagement partner of PEMEX, the Mexican governmental petroleum company, his experience also includes audits of an important Mexican company whose main activity is the drilling of oil wells and the leasing of equipment to PEMEX and audits of companies whose main activity is the sale/purchase of natural gas and other activities related to sewerage treatment.
