Mr. Vázquez Pola has over 28 years of professional experience in Customs and Foreign Trade area serving as advisor, audit and national customs representative of large and medium-sized foreign and domestic investment companies, for industries related to manufacturing, automotive, textile, pharmaceutical, Steel, plastica, electric and electronics, among others.


He has directed customs operations in companies like Sultana Disscount Stores (Soriana) and United Parcel Services (UPS). He has experience and development in foreign trade manuals.


He counts with a wide experience in the development and implementation of fiscal strategies – customs and foreign trade; management, operation and control of the IMMEX program; systematization and programs of the import, export and foreign trade fullfilment, as well as, the customs legal defence.



Has successfully conducted the strategic planning, counseling and tracing of import and installation of several production plants in the country, implementation of the manufacturing program, customs audits and fullfilment strategies, as well as, the establishment of the operational and fullfilment procedures to work with under the IMMEX program, the Certification in Matter of VAT and IEPS and the Authorized Economic Operator.


Additionally he has served as Expositor of Customs issues and Foreign Trade in Mexico, North America, Central America and South America and as professor in basic aspects of exports in the Institute of Technology and Higher Education, A.C. Monterrey campus.
