Accounting Harmonization

Accounting harmonization is a process that began in 2009 with the entry into force of the General Law on Government Accounting (LGCG) and the technical regulations published by the National Council of Accounting Harmonization (CONAC). Its purpose is to establish the general criteria of government accounting and standardize the issuance of financial information of public entities.
