Taxpayers suspended from the IMMEX program for not submitting the 2024 fiscal year annual report
On June 30, 2025, it was published a notice in the Official Gazette of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación in Spanish), disclosing the names of the holders and program numbers of the Manufacturing, Maquiladora, and Export Services Industry (IMMEX, by its acronym in Spanish) suspended for not submitting the annual report corresponding to the 2024 fiscal year.
Based on Article 25 of the IMMEX decree, companies registered in this program must submit an annual report on their total sales and exports from the previous fiscal year, no later than the last business day of May of the following year. Therefore, if the annual report is not submitted on time, the benefit of temporarily importing goods under the IMMEX Program is suspended until the omissions are corrected.
Companies listed in this notice have until the last business day of August 2025 to submit said annual report for the 2024 fiscal year. Failure to comply will result in the definitive cancellation of the program for the taxpayer starting September 1st, 2025.
