Professional with over twenty years of experience in tax services, specializing in tax advisory for domestic and international companies, with a focus on the maquiladora, automotive, distribution, and services industries. Expert in tax compliance, business restructuring, mergers and liquidations, transfer pricing, tax refunds, and tax audits. Has successfully worked with companies across various sectors, providing strategic and operational solutions that ensure regulatory compliance and tax optimization.
Additionally, he has participated in international projects in collaboration with various BDO offices. He has also served as Tax Manager at a publicly traded company listed on both NASDAQ and the Mexican Stock Exchange.
Lead Partner of the Global Expatriate and Employer Services Tax Practice at BDO Mexico.
