EXPERIENCE
Mr. Zaga has over 30 years of professional tax experience providing services to Mexican and international companies. During his trajectory he held the position of Sub-administrator at the Tax Office and he later established his own accounting practice independently.
A partner since 1998, he currently acts as National Director of BDO Mexico Tax Practice and Regional Head of Tax for the Latin America region.
INDUSTRY SPECIALIZATION
He has a specialization in Transfer Pricing and he is in charge of this practice at BDO Mexico. Jaime also provides tax assistance to clients of several industries.
He has acted as an expert witness in controversy resolutions at the World Bank in Washington, DC.
He has been a frequent speaker in tax subjects at various, academic and professional forums. Mr. Zaga is frequently quoted at newspapers and magazines referring tax issues, such as Vertigo, Milenio, Prontuario de Actualización Fiscal.
